Short Film Reminds Men That ‘It’s OK Not to Be OK’

One man’s struggle with mental health spills over his body in ink to mark World Mental Health Day

Short Film Reminds Men That ‘It’s OK Not to Be OK’
Kyle Foreman, a junior creative based in Amsterdam at agency We Are Pi, has written and directed a short film called ‘Man Down’ - a small video about a big problem.

Bringing to life the story of one man’s struggle with mental health through the art form of tattoo, the film turns one man's body into a canvas of emotions. As the voiceover recites a poem on his emotions and the threat ‘toxic masculinity’ poses to mental health, tattoos wrap across his skin.
