Shane Griffin and Louis Vuitton Redesign Iconic Steamer Truck for 200th Birthday Celebrations

To celebrate legendary fashion designer Louis Vuitton’s 200th birthday, 200 artists from across the globe have all reimagined their own take on the iconic steamer trunk. Known for his creativity and artistic vision, Shane was named within the luxury fashion brand’s “200 Visionaries” list and therefore, selected to lend his own unique take on the piece. Shane created his own homage to the trunk with a unique take on the iconic LV monogram pattern using a futuristic, molten chromatic material.

The trunk will be featured in 20 storefronts around the world.

Other artists reimagining the trunk include Drake, Gloria Steinem, Marc Jacobs, BTS and more.
