Serviceplan has appointed Florian Stemmler as its new Head of Digital Corporate Communications. Stemmler is responsible for the development of digital communication strategy, control of digital communication processes and unifying international structures and communication tools within the the Serviceplan Group. Stemmler reports to Christiane Wolff, Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Serviceplan Group.
“Florian Stemmler, in addition to his role as press officer, has in recent years pressed ahead significantly with the development and expansion of our accounts on the different digital communication platforms that we use today,” says Florian Haller, CEO of the Serviceplan Group. Christiane Wolff adds: “It is therefore a logical step that now, as Head of Digital Corporate Communications, he has an even more comprehensive, focused and strategic view of all digital channels – particularly in view of the rapid international development of the group.”

The position of Manager of Digital Corporate Communications, which is occupied by Marina Kloeting, was newly created in this process. The 37-year-old is a graduate in media science and education and comes from JOI-Design, a leading international Hamburg architectural firm, where she was responsible for corporate communications for the last three years.
The six-headed corporate communications team at the Serviceplan Group is anchored in the holding of the company and provides supervision both nationally and internationally to the 70 specialised agencies of the group, which are spread over more than 35 locations with over 3,400 employees. The department is the responsibility of Chief Corporate Communications Officer Christiane Wolff, who reports directly to CEO Florian Haller. The team also includes Claudia Kirchmair, Kerstin Viellehner and – also new in the team – Miriam Lenz.
