New York/Portland, OR-based Search Party Music adds music producer Genevieve Vincent to their New York office team. Vincent comes to Search Party from the music department at Y&R, NY, where she worked on campaigns for Campbell’s, Land Rover, Dell and Xerox to name a few. Additionally, she is an award-winning composer with an independent feature film and commercial work to her credit.
Vincent’s responsibilities will include producing original music for Search Party, as well as music supervision. Vincent and Search Party EP Sara Matarazzo are currently co-music supervising the independent feature Five Dancers, directed by Alan Brown.
Vincent has an eclectic background in music with experience in original music production in advertising and as a vocalist and film composer. With several years spent at New York music houses as well as a degree from Berklee College of Music in Film Scoring and Composition, she has developed a skill set that allows her to wear many hats in a music production environment.
As a vocalist, Vincent is classically trained and has sung on spots for clients such as Martini Asti, Xbox, Liberty Mutual, Mederma and Vietnam Airlines, and has done V.O. work for Crest. She has composed several scores that include the independent feature One Big Hapa Family--which earned her a Leo Award nomination--and "Ode To A Post-It Note," a web film for 3M that won the 2011 WEBBY Award for Best Branded Content.
