Saville is excited to announce the signing of comedic filmmaker and screenwriter John Hamburg for exclusive commercial representation in the United States. Dubbed the "poet laureate of comic anxiety” by the Los Angeles Times, Hamburg is the director of hugely successful comedy films including I Love You, Man starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel, and Along Came Polly, the romantic comedy starring Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston.
After directing his first film, the cult hit Safe Men, John achieved major success as a screenwriter with his work on Meet the Parents and Zoolander. Hamburg’s latest directorial exploits include shooting the new Fox television series New Girl, a comedy starring Zooey Deschanel, which was named one of the eight "most exciting new series" of 2011 by the Critics' Choice Television Awards.

In addition to developing various new projects for film and television, John is currently preparing to direct Brother From Another Mother, a comedy which he wrote and will produce later this year.
