Meet Sasha. AnalogFolk’s Associate Project Manager. And one of The Drum’s 50 under 30.
The 50 under 30 is The Drum’s annual celebration of top young female digital talent making their mark in 2018.
And boy has Sasha broken the mould before the age of 30. She is responsible for, and runs, the team at AnalogFolk that looks after the digital brand of one of the world’s biggest banks and brands. Pretty phenomenal responsibility for someone the agency poached mid-university.
In the last year she’s run a cross-functional team that owns the financial digital design system. This means that every digital product developed across the globe for the financial client comes through Sasha and her team to review against existing standards. As Project Manager and programme lead Sasha manages the internal team of UX’ers and designers and she also owns the client relationship with senior standard managers.
With the majority of product development done by in-house teams at the client across the globe Sasha’s role is pivotal in ensuring there is a unified customer experience across all touchpoints, no matter what language, what channel or which country. Sasha engages directly with these teams and has a number of clients around the globe she provides feedback and advice to.
