On June 6th, 2014, Saatchi & Saatchi officially launched its 2014 internship program, Be A Monster. The program is an extension of the Monsters Attack campaign initiated by the agency this February. Saatchi & Saatchi defines “monster” as the tenacity to take your ideas to a new level, the confidence to summit the highest peak, an affinity for the unorthodox and the radical; Be A Monster means fully unleashing your creative powers and having a youthful spirit at the very core of your DNA.

The application period runs from now to June 30th and is open to young people interested in advertising worldwide. All applicants are required to identify the quality that best embodies their “monster side,” and design a monster avatar to represent that aspect of their personality. Part of the applicants will also be offered a chance to visit Saatchi & Saatchi’s Shanghai office on 25th June, when they may enjoy a showing of the latest Cannes-winning ads, then get to meet Saatchi & Saatchi Global Chief Talent Officer, Ben Roberts, who will also share the latest information on the agency‘s talent management.

Ben Roberts said: “Our goal is to inspire creative passion in young people all over the world and help them to fully realize their potential through this kind of Internship Program at every Saatchi’s offices.
