Philly-based indie creative agency, Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners (RTO+P), has announced the appointment of eleven new hires across its creative and digital departments to support the agency’s recent organic growth. And what better way to usher in a new crop of talent than to commission a hand-carved totem pole made of each new hire’s likeness.
Steve Thompson, RTO+P’s Maker, hand-carved the totem pole sculpture out of Basswood. The finished piece stands tall and proud about 26 inches high.
“We’re stoked to have all this new talent aboard and we’ve heard the totem of their likenesses can actually produce rain when held at a specific angle,” said Steve Red, President and Chief Creative Officer, RTO+P.
The agency has kicked off 2014 with a slew of new work and has seen growth with new clients including Swarovski, Coty, T Rowe Price and others.
