For Women’s History Month, RPA is flipping the script with the 'WOMAN UP collection'. Gutsy and bold designs created by three women at RPA are placed onto various merchandise available at RPA X GOODS, a reimagined company store, where 100% of the proceeds will be going to the Downtown Women's Center— a nonprofit organisation in Los Angeles dedicated to serving and empowering women who have experienced homelessness.
Meghan Mueller, Sabrina Cavanagh, and Siglia Iovine are creative interns at RPA and the prime movers behind this campaign. When describing the work, the copywriter, Meghan Mueller, reflects: “Why should we live in a man’s world?” This launch demonstrates the answer by putting female narratives at the forefront and turning powerful male phrases on their heads to suit women, covering topics from mansplaining and being an alpha to growing a pair. In addition to a strong digital presence, real-life action will be taken with thought-provoking conversations among female RPA leaders across agency disciplines and will share their own candid thoughts on these topics that coincide with the designs.
