Michelle Roques ONeil, voted one of the top 10 aromatherapists in the world by Vogue, is launching into the commercial market a new brand and range of products, ‘Therapie’, and aims to make therapeutic products accessible to everyone. Greenwich Design, part of the Greenwich Design Group, created the brand and designed the striking packaging for the entire range of products which include: Roques ONeil renowned Restore Aura Spray, Himalayan Detox Salts and Equilibrium Bath and Shower Essence.
Greenwich Design were briefed to design a luxurious brand which would primarily appeal to the high-end, affluent, female market but also a visual identity that would create attention amongst a wider audience. The sleek, indigo blue black bottles have been designed as a product range to be proud of and to look good wherever they are; for women, for men, for a spa, for everyone. The Therapie logo elegantly encompasses the initial ‘T’ with the products’ links with nature in the shape of a butterfly – representing natural transformation and the restorative qualities of the range. The products have been designed to be easy to navigate, with each item in the range being represented with a different colour butterfly and using a clean, white uppercase font to clearly depict the individual product names.
The striking colours were also used to symbolise the mix of ingredients and essential oils that Roques ONeil brings together to create the therapeutic products. The Roques ONeil website, created by Bumblebee Design, also part of the Greenwich Design Group, further strengthens this brand feature with eye-catching photography, from Rowland Roques -O'Neil. Therapie is an extension of the logotype that Greenwich Design designed for Roque ONeil, which combines all elements of nature brought together to create the products; individual plants, flowers, birds and healing hands into the shape of a butterfly.
The Therapie products are directly inspired and influenced by Michelle’s hands-on experience with patients and her deep knowledge of many physical and emotional healing disciplines. Each element provides a natural intuitive capability to tackle stress in many forms such as; fatigue, energy imbalance and electro-magnetic saturation. The range of products enables people to create their own supportive regime of aromatherapy at home to help respond to the everyday stresses and strains of modern living.

I wanted something that encapsulated the ethos of Roques ONeil and that would work commercially and be attractive to trade – from high-end department stores through to bespoke spas - without losing any of our brand integrity, and Greenwich Design got it straight away. I chose the Greenwich Group for the entire project as I was impressed with the knowledge and passion for design within the teams. They also understood that the bigger picture was to commercialise the product into something retailers would choose to stock on their shelves.”
