Rodeo shares its merger with BLVD-MTL and what's next for he diverse team

It’s been a couple of very busy years at Rodeo Production and it's excited to talk about what it's been up to and where it's going next.

After a group of amazing new directors from BLVD-MTL joined the Rodeo family in 2020, it strategized on how it could make the most of its newly combined roster of talent with such distinct and diverse portfolios. After workshopping and getting to know one another better, Rodeo agreed that merging its talents under Rodeo Production gave them a unique position in complex and demanding markets.

“I want clients to always expect exceptional artists, service quality and creative support. It needs to stay simple and fun when we collaborate,” says executive producer Martine Goyette.

Take projects like a recent campaign for Tiffany & Co., a funny spot for Nissan, a magazine spread for Air Canada’s EnRoute, cute cats for Mondou pet stores, a surreal spot for Hydro-Québec or a fashion forward shoot for Dynamite Clothing, and even a Volkswagen campaign done documentary style.

“We are the same as before, just better,” says Marc-Antoine Lambert, executive producer. “Our clients still have access to the same people, but with new resources and tools. We’ve got a new and improved version of what was there before.” Marc-Antoine’s focus remains on full sized video projects, and BLVD-MTL will continue growing its sound and audio services.

Rodeo Production is active in both the Quebec and Ontario markets— and now under the leadership of recently appointed VP Advertising Jean-François Bachand, is in an amazing position to shine more nationally and internationally.

“I’m really enthusiastic about our team, how we work together, and what we’ve got on the horizon. There’s very strong talent on our roster and our clients in Toronto will benefit from them,” remarks Vahid Tizhouch, executive producer in the Toronto office.

Altogether, this means that its talent roster is now one of the biggest in the market ranging from high fashion to fine art to humour to more product-based spots. Rodeo really sees itself as an ideal creative partner for whatever dream or vision its clients want to make happen.
