Robotic Arachnid Struts Its Stuff for Hermés Paris
Michael Marczewski of Blinkink directs film about a creepy mechanical spider for the French fashion brand
Blinkink’s latest singing, Michael Marczewski has just finished a short film for Hermés Paris.
Michael’s arachnid android has a deeply personal and hypnotic connection with a piece of art in this super slick short film to launch the Hermés Paris A/W Men’s collection.
Clever sound design by Marcus Olson brings life to the various animation styles featured in the film.
As you'd expect from a fashion film, there's a model walking a catwalk, but the star of the show is the robotic spider.
