Ricky Gervais Inspires BrewDog to Help Find Dogs New Homes by Turning Beer Cans into Media Spots

Uncommon Creative Studio created the ‘StreetDog’ concept for the beer brand, using the cans as media spots to help raise awareness
BrewDog has teamed up with two dog adoption charities - Dogs on the Streets and All Dogs Matter - to raise awareness and help our four-legged friends find new homes. For a limited time only, BrewDog are using the space on their Punk IPA beer cans to showcase profiles of some of the charities’ dogs who are on the hunt for new families.

This partnership was originally inspired by Ricky Gervais, a long term advocate for homeless canines following his ‘shout out to BrewDog’ on Twitter. Uncommon Creative Studio helped bring the creative idea to bear with the newly-named cans ‘StreetDog’.


Ricky Gervais launched the project earlier today via his Twitter live stream.


100% of all the profits generated from the sales of Street Dog will be split evenly between the two charities. Click here to pre-order the limited cans.
