R/GA London Partners with Brixton Finishing School to Launch ‘R/GA Futures’

R/GA London has announced the launch of R/GA Futures, a new internship program that is focused on helping talent from underrepresented backgrounds launch and further their careers. Created in partnership with Brixton Finishing School, who have been helping R/GA amplify applications and comms to their own network, the program takes R/GA London’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion one step further one step further - creating an intentional and inclusive opportunity to attract diverse talent and lead industry change. 

“We created R/GA Futures to be much more than just another agency internship program aimed at helping the war on talent. Its intention is to create a positive platform to help open opportunities to many, unlock different perspectives for both us and our clients, and ultimately help drive a more diverse working culture.” said Rebecca Bezzina, SVP managing director R/GA London.

But to achieve this the agency needs to collaborate with the brightest minds and the future thinkers of tomorrow. This is where the ambition behind R/GA Futures, an eight week paid internship program for underrepresented people looking to kick start their career working in visual design, story design or experience design.

In addition to Brixton Finishing School, R/GA London has been collaborating with other organisations and networks such as YSYS, Love Circular, The Creative Mentor Network, Belovd Agency, BAME Jobs and the Young Creative Council, on ensuring the application process has been as open & accessible as possible to talent from historically and systematically excluded backgrounds.
