Football legend Hines Ward may have hung up his helmet and pads, but that doesn’t mean he’s stopped pushing the boundaries of his athletic ability. Now, just one year after ending his 14-year pro football career, Ward has partnered with REFUEL | ‘got chocolate milk?’ to take on the most revered, yet challenging one-day endurance event on the planet: the 2013 IRONMAN® World Championship triathlon on the Island of Hawaii.
 
 
Ward’s journey to transform into an IRONMAN triathlete is part of the “BECOME ONE” program, which, through a captivating online documentary series airing on http://www.gotchocolatemilk.com will follow Ward and three other athletes on a seven-month training journey to the 140.6-mile IRONMAN World Championship on October 12, 2013.
