It’s no secret that the pandemic changed the way we work. Gone are the days of sitting in an office Monday-Friday 9-5. However, when the job requires some team collaboration and an office is still necessary, agencies are pulling out all the stops to make sure their offices are a place employees want to be. Among these agencies is Philadelphia-based creative agency, Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners. In line with their agency motto “BE UNFORGETTABLE”, the team recently opened the doors to a brand-new office, located right on the Schuylkill river.

The agency’s new and improved space threads through every fibre of the agency’s brand, business, and culture – giving the team an inviting and exhilarating place for collaboration, creating unforgettable work for their seasoned roster of clients. The 12,000-foot ground-level office features glass accordion doors with expansive river views, continuing to serve RTO+P’s original feel and style of comfort and wellness with an elevated flare. With iconic features such as a state-of-the-art production studio where clients can see the RTO+P Makers in action, to a sweeping common area with one of the largest bars in Philly (yes, you read that correctly), the RTO+P team has created the perfect space for their agency’s continued success.

Steve Red, president of RTO+P said: “When the pandemic hit, no one really knew what to expect or how long it would take to be back collaborating with our colleagues in person – but as time progressed and our original office lease came to end, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to start fresh,” Steve continued, “And with work-from-home becoming quite the norm, we didn’t want to take that flexibility away. Our team worked together to create an environment, where showing up wouldn’t be a mandate, but instead a place where the crew was excited to walk into – for days when they needed that face-to-face interaction. We did just that.”
