Red Carpet for OneScreen Festival Winners

 

The OneScreen Festival will be rolling out the red carpet November 8, 2012 in New York City, when winners of its international short film & video competition will be presented their awards at a special ceremony and screening at New York City’s famous Landmark Sunshine Cinema.  One winning film in each of the five competition categories will be announced, and individual honors will go to best Director, Cinematographer, Writer and Editor and one overall “Best of Show” entry. 

 

Hundreds of creative entries poured into the OneScreen competition, and the all-star jury panel is now selecting the finalists who will be moving on to the awards. The stellar line-up of judges—more than 30 top professionals in their respective fields of entertainment, advertising and film/TV production—includes former Official White House Videographer Arun Choudhary, comedian/actor Rick Overton, and film critic Michael Knowles, among other top producers, directors and ad creatives. Finalists will be announced in mid-October.  

 

OneScreen awards will light up the stage and screen for finalists, special guests and short film & video fans on Thursday, November 8, 2012, starting 6:30 p.m., at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema, 143 East Houston Street in Lower Manhattan.  General Admission is open to the public. Tickets are $15.00/$12.00 for members of The One Club.
