Reach Movement Studio, an innovative musculoskeletal (MSK) evaluation center, announced that it has opened its first studio located inside the Walmart Supercenter in Cartersville, Georgia. Its mission is to change the way the world moves by making MSK healthcare accessible, affordable and approachable for everyone.
Reach Movement Studio offers advanced diagnostics, preventative, early intervention, and quality rehabilitation services through a direct access and referral-based physical medicine model.
Its unique consumer-friendly approach to MSK health encourages consumers and patients to remain active throughout life. By combining advanced technologies in movement assessment and connected personal care experiences with trained rehabilitation professionals, Reach becomes a first-of-its-kind solution that merges traditional PT/OT therapies with digital technologies to not only address wellness and care, but make it convenient and affordable.
“We believe everybody has the right to move well and live well,” said Paul Morris, president of Reach Movement Studio. “The reality is that one in two Americans will face an MSK problem in the next year that compromises their movement ability and quality of life. Our goal is to raise awareness and educate consumers on the importance of preventative MSK care solutions before pain becomes a problem.”
An estimated 127 million Americans – one in two adults – are affected by a MSK condition every year, and these disorders cost an estimated $213 billion in annual treatment, care, and lost wages, according to a report issued by the United States Bone and Joint Initiative (USBJI).
Paul continued: “Opening Reach’s first location inside the Walmart Supercenter in Cartersville was optimal because of its high foot traffic and overall demographic, which will help us drive a more affordable preventative care solution.”
Reach partnered with IPG creative agency Elephant to help create, design and launch this new brand in just six months. From naming the company, to defining its mission, values and visual identity, and then bringing it to life creatively, the idea was to create something inspirational and not clinical, that could appeal to everyone.
“This was an amazing opportunity to not only help launch a new company, but create a brand experience that redefines a category,” said Eric Moore, CEO of Elephant. “Movement has never been more important for our health and well-being. From the logo, designed to evoke movement, to the colour scheme that conveys warmth, accessibility and democracy, we wanted every piece of communication to make people feel happy, energised and motivated. The tagline says it all: ‘Move Well, Live Well.’”view more - Hires, Wins & BusinessElephant, Fri, 26 Mar 2021 13:59:56 GMT
