Partnership will offer everyone at RAPP fertility advice support via live and on-demand webinars, comprehensive online resources such as videos and articles, advisor calls and ongoing 1:1 personal wellbeing support

RAPP UK is leading the way in offering clinically-led support and guidance to all its employees around issues of fertility, by teaming up with leading fertility benefits provider Fertifa.

Proud to be the first creative and advertising business to partner with Fertifa, RAPP’s ground-breaking partnership will offer everyone at RAPP fertility advice support via live and on-demand webinars, comprehensive online resources such as videos and articles, advisor calls and ongoing 1:1 personal wellbeing support. The service will be available to all of the company’s permanent and fixed term UK employees regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation or relationship status.

Supporting employees in both their life journeys and with wellbeing has been a long-standing commitment of RAPP’s and this latest benefit reflects the agency’s desire to ensure that all employees regardless of gender, sexual orientation, relationship status or age are afforded the same access to high-quality educational materials, independent advice and a platform for them to find clinical fertility healthcare. It is also hoped that this initiative will ensure RAPP is a safe workplace for individuals to open up about any fertility challenges they might be facing, whilst also promoting an open environment to talk about family planning in every dimension.

Laura Sherwood, SVP people and culture said: “Fertility challenges affect 6 million employees in the UK alone and companies need to open up the conversation and support their employees through what can often be a very challenging journey. This new partnership is the start of our organisation’s conversation around fertility and will enable us to support all our employees over the long term. We’re passionate about the wellbeing of everyone that works at RAPP and it’s time to break the stigma around fertility.”

Gabby Ludzker, RAPP UK’s CEO commented: “Wellbeing is an absolutely essential part of what we stand for at RAPP. The individual is at the heart of everything we do and supporting our workforce through a range of life’s challenges is central to our brand and our philosophy.”

Eileen Burbidge, executive director of Fertifa added: “We are proud to be the UK’s largest benefits provider for reproductive health. Adding RAPP to our client list is a strong testament to the fact that companies of all sizes and across all sectors derive genuine value in supporting their employees through life journeys.”

The partnership with Fertifa is the latest in a long line of wellbeing initiatives at RAPP. All employees are offered menopause support through BUPA, without needing to sign up for private healthcare and also have access to  menopause support and guidance. RAPP employees also have access to a return-to-work coach to ease the process of returning to work after parental leave.

Established in 2019, Fertifa is the UK’s largest provider of fertility, family-forming, menopause, and men’s reproductive health benefits. Their clients, who have an aggregate employee population of more than 100,000 today, include companies in financial services to tech and everything in between.
