Radio LBB: The Perfect Piano Day Playlist

In celebration of Piano Day that took place this week (29th March, the 88th day of the year to signify 88 keys on a Piano!) we have decided to compile a playlist of piano themes and songs where the piano is the principle instrument. Artists featured include the incredible Jean Michel Blais and IN-IS who both took part in a very special showcase we hosted this week to further celebrate Piano Day. We have also uncovered the gem that is Woman To Woman – Joe Cocker which features a piano riff that you are probably more familiar with from ‘California Love’ - Tupac, and the wonderful ‘Changes’ from Black Sabbath which proves how a piano can help soften the hearts of the heaviest rockers! We also have pieces from Brett Anderson & Martin Rossiter demonstrating how the piano helped to shape their solo work and take them away from the band environment for which they were known, and songs by some new signings to Bucks Music including Samuel Ford, Ruelle and Mala.
