Radio LBB: Lockdown Lift Ups

January and February are always tough with the long dark cold days but was even tougher this year with lockdown three. Fortunately we’ve been spoiled but some great new albums. I love listening to whole albums so this has been perfect for me, my top favs (so far) being from Mogwai, Arlo Parks and Bicep. Apricots from Bicep soundtracks the families weekend kitchen disco every week. I can’t wait to see them perform it live!

When I’m working and concentrating I love the heavier, grungy music like Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs, Pigs and Part Chimp. 

Then to keep active there’s nothing like having a run being soundtracked by Pissed Jeans or Viagra Boys shouting out all the sports I could be playing! 

Finally, after watching Billie Eilish’s film ‘ The World’s A Little Blurry’ and watching the creative process with her and her brother Finneas I’ve had their album on repeat this week.
