RAB Inks Partnership with Advertising Week Europe

The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) today announces the launch of an audio programme to celebrate the week-long event as part of its partnership with Advertising Week Europe.

LBC presenter and Daily Telegraph Women’s Editor, Emma Barnett, will host a series of interviews with speakers and delegates discussing the broad issues and topics to come out during The Week. Interviews will be broadcast in the run-up to and on site live during The Week, to provide a preview of the highlights and delve into the key themes of Advertising Week Europe and get under the skin of this year’s speakers.  Joining Emma will be veteran US radio and audio professional, Doug Zanger, who has interviewed numerous leading advertising industry luminaries and celebrities at Advertising Week in New York and Advertising Week Europe.

Content will be hosted on and UK Radioplayer, as well as through Advertising Week Europe’s blog and social channels, to reach an audience of well over 600,000 people.

“We’re thrilled to have both the RAB and Emma as part of all of this,” said Zanger. “Advertising Week Europe is not only top-level programmes and a celebration of the industry, but it has a bright, accessible personality of its own and Emma will add a refreshing dash of enthusiasm, wit and wisdom. Plus, she’ll offset this horrible American accent of mine.”

Advertising Week Europe returns to London on 31st March – 4th April to provide an expansive programme of thought leadership seminars and signature evening special events. The second edition of Advertising Week Europe is a broad collaborative effort that unites a range of industry leaders including creative and media agencies, advertisers and brand marketers, content producers, media owners and other influencers across the creative ecosystem.
