Publicis Kaplan Thaler has hired Ben Royce as Senior Vice President, Director of Search. In this newly-created position Royce will develop the agency's search practice, and create innovative tools and approaches to search intelligence and optimization

Royce previously developed the organic search practice at Sapient, a marketing and consulting firm acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2014. He has experience working with clients like Pfizer, and several performance and e-commerce companies.
"Search is one of the pillars in transforming a brand’s approach to digital in a competitive, consumer centric world," said Royce. "This reality requires new approaches in data/information science."
