Fresh Film welcomes a new member to their team this week with the arrival of Lou Mumford. Joining as production director, Lou shall oversee Fresh Film’s image, roster, marketing and business development. Lou brings a wealth of experience having worked across the industry as an account manager, senior agency producer and in various roles across the sector within production, music, and in-house production companies. Bringing that diverse knowledge and network make her a perfect addition to the Fresh Film global crew.
Of Lou’s arrival, Kim Griffin comments: “We’re delighted that Lou has joined our team. Fresh Film has gone through a period of expansion recently. So, we needed a bright individual to help us navigate all of our new markets. Having worked with Lou previously I knew that her experience and personality would be a perfect match for Fresh Film’s approach to production. Lou shall work closely with our global team, and myself across our four offices. We’re really excited to welcome her on board.”
Fresh Film has grown considerably in recent years seeing them open offices in Prague, Thailand and most recently New York. They can now be considered as a truly international production service, with producers, directors and photographers across the globe. Such growth required an individual to take control of their image and global rosters and Lou’s appointment could not have come at a more poignant time.
In regards to her new role, Lou Mumford says: “My very first production as an account executive was with Kim and I went on to produce many films with her, so I’m excited and honored to now join the global Fresh Film family and move into the next phase with them.”
Lou starts her new role immediately.
