Creative Laura Clark hosts the podcast whose guests already include Rosie Arnold, Ana Balarin and Caroline Pay
Getting women into top roles in the creative industry is a big conversation right now. We can all say that having children is not the sole reason why women aren’t making it to the top as often as men. But it does play a big part.

Laura Clark, an advertising creative, says she’s nowhere near a point where she’ll be starting a family but it’s something that plays on her mind. “I can’t feasibly see how I could do the job I’m doing now and have a family,” she says. “So, I figured if I talk to women that have successfully juggled a family and career then by the time I am ready, I’ll have all the advice I need. Hopefully, I’ll also have helped others along the way.”

She’s created a podcast called ‘Pro Mum’ where she speaks to successful mums in the creative industries. The aim is to inspire women and show them that it is possible to have a successful career as well as a home life.

In series one she’s spoken to Rosie Arnold, Ana Balarin, Rachel Gott, Natasha Taylor, Emer Stamp, Katerina Nissan, Caroline Pay and Amy Ewbank.

Here are all of the podcasts in the series so far. Watch out on LBB for more as they come.
