Preacher Adds Esther Danzig as Director of Creative Resourcing and Talent

Austin based creative agency, Preacher, has brought on Esther Danzig as its director of creative resourcing and talent, responsible for steering Preacher’s recruitment practice across all disciplines and levels of talent. She brings over 10 years of experience in creative recruitment and management to the shop, which in the past year has grown to 55 employees and more than doubled its roster with client wins like: ESPN’s ACC Network, MillerCoors, The Container Store, SimpliSafe and YETI.

Esther comes to Preacher from CP+B where she was director of creative management / recruitment. Prior, she spent three years at R/GA managing the agency’s national creative recruitment efforts as associate director of creative recruitment. Throughout her career, Esther has also held leadership roles in creative services and recruitment at Translation, 72andSunny, TBWA/Chiat/Day and BBDO.
