Powerful Film from The Juju Mexico Explores the Issue of Ageism in the Workplace

Following the story of an experienced man looking for a job in a modern company, this new film 'Skills' explores the issue of ageism in the workplace. The spot also highlights that experience and wisdom is often overlooked in favor of youth and technology when it comes to hiring.

“I am 58 years old, I see a lot of talent from my generation who just don't find an opportunity even though their skills are intact. This problem is real, and if we don't start calling it out loud it will continue to be naturalised. Discrimination is discrimination,” says Humberto Polar, CCO and partner of The Juju Mexico.
