Scott Shaw and Bernadett Pap both join the agency this month as Head of UX and Creative Director respectively

POSSIBLE Welcomes New Head of UX and New Creative Director
Scott joins from some of the top digital agencies in the UK, including Huge, Isobar and R/GA. He comes with deep experience in Design and UX working on clients such as Google, Nike, Beats by Dre, Heineken, Unilever and Burberry. 
He has led the experience design for integrated products, digital & print publishing tools, streaming music platforms, cross platform TV systems, and venue recommendation services. He prides himself on helping brands make people's lives more satisfying, simple, productive, and fun.  
Bernadett joins to oversee all creative output on one of POSSIBLE’s largest clients, Specsavers. She brings an outstanding record of work that delivers against the cross-section of Design, Innovation, and Technology.
Bernadett has worked at a repertoire of agencies including AKQA, Wunderman and most recently Sapient, but prior to this she spent some time client-side specialising in fashion e-commerce at Arcadia and ASOS and did a stint at an innovative fin-tech start up called ThoughtMachine. This has given her unique insight into how digital Product Design and Product Innovation combine with a strategic approach to effectively solve client challenges.
