It's a different world. And we’re a different Crispin.
Meet some of our humans making things happen behind the scenes. We asked them a few questions, with one requirement… to please keep it interesting.
Jordan Robuck, director of influencer and creator marketing
What I do is super fun, and when I tell people I get to work with influencers and creators, they usually perk right up! Building relationships with online personalities is a ton of fun, and while people see sponsored content all the time, they are usually surprised that there is a real career to make that magic happen. So, I tell them that I get to scroll TikTok, IG, etc., looking at trends and people, all while helping strategize how to inject my clients into the cultural conversation through creators. No day is the same and that makes it exciting.
Smiles, hugs and snuggles from my little monster, Harry, day care drop-off, an a$$ kicking at F45 or hot yoga. Head home and answer some emails, then I make myself a coffee and protein shake.
One clean diaper, a tape measure, Olay Super Serum, an empty Topo Chico bottle and Lemme Chill gummies
I always thought I would be some sort of investigator or forensic analyst. Now, I just get my puzzle fix from shows like Mindhunter and True Detective.

The Fast and Furious franchise. I can’t seem to turn away. No matter how many sequels they make, they will always have one ticket sold.
Working in influencer and creator marketing has somehow propelled me into a creative director and copywriter for my friends and family. I am consistently asked how to gain followers, if a trend they were seeing was on the rise, if they should still be using hashtags... and on and on. I love it but my brain never shuts off! My camera roll is screenshot after screenshot of cool shit I am finding online.
I have two hot takes:
1. In and Out… it’s just not good. Whataburger is and will always be superior (and all things about Texas in general).
2. There is a cure for the common cold – they just won’t release it due to the billion dollar industry it feeds.
My late mother started a company, to bake and sell cheesecakes, that my sister and I revived this year in her honour. We’re starting small, just baking for friends and family, but ultimately plan to expand and bake for all!
