Hybrid graphic novel promotes hybrid auto

Peugeot and BETC Digital’s Online Graphic Novel

Peugeot and BETC Digital have launched The HYbrid4 Graphic Novel, an online experience that crosses traditional comic books and screen. Graphic artist Gérald Parel, known for his regular work with MARVEL, produced several storyboards, illustrating the adventures of a heroine who has similar powers to those of Peugeot’s HYbrid4 technology.

The illustrator’s work was then handed to BETC Digital in Paris who brought it to life on computer screens, tablets and smartphones. This is an innovation that will introduce HYbrid4 technology to those beyond automotive industry specialists.

The graphic novel can be read here and the team have also created an animated trailer which can be viewed on YouTube. The Graphic Novel sends readers to an educational site that explains in detail the HYbrid4 technology and its 4 driving modes as well as the 3 Peugeot models fitted with the technology (508 RXH, 508HY4, 3008HY4).
