Digital agency ntegrity is partnering with marketing campaign developers Peazie to deliver a comprehensive workshop on how to achieve ROI from Facebook advertising and marketing spend.
Australians are some of the heaviest Facebook users in the world, with over 10 million Aussies logging in each day. Brands have long been tapping into this big data gold mine, positioning themselves on the screens we look at first thing in the morning, and also the last screens we look at before bed.
However brands are often spending their money in all the wrong places - targeting the wrong messages to the wrong people.
Founder and director of ntegrity, Richenda Vermeulen (pictured), spent a decade leading social media within international not-for-profits before starting her own digital agency. She said she constantly comes across marketers who are struggling to see outstanding results through Facebook ad spend.
“Many marketers are scared and unaware about how to utilise Facebook Advertising to its full capacity. All the while, their CMOs and executives are harking on about any spend needing to deliver strong ROI,” she said.
“People aren’t following the data. Money is being spent in all the wrong places, and opportunities to best utilise social advertising are seldom taken.”
January research from Nielsen states the average time Australians spend on Facebook every day is 1.7 hours.
“That’s a whole lot of time for brands, charities, and startups to deliver excellent content and highly engaging ads,” added Vermeulen.
Markie Bryant, co-founder and product director of Peazie, said: “We want to help all marketers achieve better success with their Facebook marketing initiatives, so we've partnered with ntegrity to bring the digital community a workshop providing a clear blueprint for success.”
The workshop will include breakfast and a presentation covering insider tips and advice about achieving defensible ROI from Facebook marketing. There will also be breakout networking and a Q&A panel featuring four digital marketing leaders with over 40 years of combined industry experience.
If you feel like you’re not getting value out of Facebook, you’re not alone.
