Pavone Marketing Group Adds Two Senior Creative and Marketing Positions

Pavone Marketing Group (PMG) has added two new senior positions that reflect the company’s recent growth. Mark Moll has been hired as executive creative director for the company’s full-service Pavone marketing agency, helping the agency realise the full creative potential of every project, and partnering with clients to deliver work that will help them grow its business.

With an agency career that began at Arnold in Boston, Mark has also held creative positions with Mullen, Deutsch, CPB, RGA, Leo Burnett and GMMB. He also produced freelance work for many different agencies and brands, including 72andSunny, Dollar Shave Club, Innocean and Krispy Kreme. His work has been honoured at Cannes, CLIOs, D&AD, One Show, Effies, Communication Arts and National ADDYs among others.

Mark has also taught at Miami Ad School and Chicago Portfolio School. A Chicago native, Mark attended Columbia College there and Portfolio Centre in Atlanta.

As PMG’s new public relations and social media director, Laura Mulhern will lead public relations and social media strategies for PMG’s Pavone and quench marketing agencies, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in developing partnerships and strategic consumer marketing communications campaigns that increase awareness, drive engagement, and enhance overall brand value.

Laura was most recently a director of marketing communications for Front Burner Brands, the restaurant management company for Melting Pot Restaurants, where she led national public relations, influencer marketing, social media, and corporate social responsibility strategies. She previously served as director of account services for EnviroMedia, a Certified B Corp full-service, advertising and public relations agency focused on public health and the environment. While with agencies Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Ogilvy, she also led national public relations programs for public and private sector clients in a variety of categories. Her client work has led to numerous industry awards, including SABRE, PRWeek, and Silver Anvil Awards. She is a native of Central Pennsylvania and a graduate of Roanoke College.
