Osprey Polkadot Trust envisions a revolution in blockchain networks

Partners in Crime, the SF-based creative syndicate, has launched its campaign for the Polkadot Trust, a brand new offering from the disruptive digital investment specialists behind the Osprey Bitcoin Trust (OBTC).

The goal of Partners in Crime’s creative for the Polkadot campaign was to drive awareness for this new investment vehicle that provides a secure and accessible way to invest in DOT cryptocurrency. With its inclusive approach, which speaks to investors of all stripes in a way that shows credibility and a cutting edge nature, the ads use simple language to demystify the crypto-verse.

“Not only did we need to move at scale for Osprey but we needed to move at breakneck speed.” says Stephen Goldblatt, founder of Partners in Crime. “We wanted to get the attention of and draw in prospects wanting to learn more about the crypto space. Cut through the noise of the financial space with something that is clean and attention-getting.”

Says Phil Pearlman, Osprey Funds chief marketing officer and chief behavioural officer: “We needed to move quickly to launch this product and Partners in Crime understood the realities of our timeframe as well as the creative task at hand. They created work that feels as innovative and compelling as the Polkadot Trust itself.”

The Osprey Polkadot Trust offers accredited investors an easy and secure way to access DOT, the native token of Polkadot, the robust network for security, scalability, and innovation. The first of its kind, the Osprey Polkadot Trust is the only product on the market that invests exclusively in DOT. With a market capitalisation of over $31 billion, DOT is the eighth largest cryptocurrency and one of the fastest-growing blockchain networks in the world. Osprey currently manages $10.6 million in its Polkadot Fund and the minimum investment is $25,000. Coinbase serves as the trust's custodian and the trust is waving the 2.5% management fee until at least January 1st, 2023.

Partners in Crime harnesses the power of the independent workforce, eschewing the typical creative structure at a traditional agency for a more decentralised approach that works exclusively with free-agent creatives, planners, and strategists who the founders team up with on projects. It’s an Ocean’s Eleven type model with each entrepreneur’s unique set of skills critical to the outcome of any given marketing challenge.

PiC helps brands to show up in powerful, meaningful ways. As storytellers, they seek to find the centre of gravity for a brand’s story and believe that the power of their creative syndicate can tackle anything. Their passion for bridging the worlds of strategy, design, entertainment, film production, and technology leads to unique activations across all platforms.
