Partizan Signs Design and Animation Studio H5 to Its Roster

Academy Award-winners headed up by Ludovic Houplain join the studio

Partizan Signs Design and Animation Studio H5 to Its Roster

Partizan Studio has announced the signing of H5 studio to its roster.

H5 is an Academy Award-winning design and animation studio headed by Ludovic Houplain. Their iconic animated Logorama short film won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.

They are a collective of artists, directors, graphic designers, illustrators, designers, editors and art buyers.

H5 introduced the idea of graphic design combined with a beautiful illustration aesthetic into the animated short film world, winning many other prestigious awards around the globe.

You can watch their latest work with Mirwais 2016-My Generation here

Speaking about their work, Ludovic says: "Recognisable without always being identifiable, our work is about approach and meaning rather than style”. Partizan’s Animation EP Duncan Gaman says “To say that we were excited to represent an Oscar winning animation director would be a huge under statement. Having long admired H5’s Logorama 2009 short film, their mix of thought provoking high concept, design led work with their ‘filmic' looking toon style aesthetic is truly unique.  They are simply peerless in this regard, so we are excited what new creative work we can make across music videos, commercials and film”.
