The hugely successful and groundbreaking comedy series Fleabag, directed by Park Village’s Harry Bradbeer, has received no less than 11 nominations in this year’s prestigious Emmy awards, including Best Comedy Director and Outstanding Comedy series.
Fleabag creator and star Phoebe Waller-Bridge also received nominations for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series and writing for a comedy series. The series also received nominations for supporting actress, editing and cinematography.
Harry is no stranger to awards having received a BAFTA this year for the coveted Best Drama Series for Killing Eve, and Park Village hopes that he’ll have to make some more space in his cabinet come September 15th when the awards are handed out.
Harry is currently in pre-production on Enola Holmes, a feature film adaptation of the Enola Holmes mystery novels by Nancy Springer. The Jack Thorne screenplay adaptation features Millie Bobby Brown as the lead.
