R/GA has announced that Paige Maguire has joined the agency as a creative director with a focus on experience design. In this new role for R/GA’s Austin office, Paige is charged with working closely with newly-elevated VP, technology Katrina Bekessy to grow the emerging product and services team and mobile capabilities for the R/GA network. Additionally, Paige will play a critical role in mapping out the relationship between service and product design, particularly where emerging technology enables profound experiences for clients and their consumers.
Paige brings more than sixteen years of expertise in experience strategy, service design, and product design to her new role. She joins R/GA from Fjord, Accenture’s global product and service offering, where she led the service and interaction discipline. Prior to this, she spent time at Dell where she managed digital strategy for the company’s first-ever brand campaign, The Power to Do More. Since her move to the agency side in recent years, she’s been able to expand her systematic knowledge having worked across finance, retail, resources, and health and public service territories.
