Pablo Dominguez Agregan, winner of five Cannes Lions as well as 80 other awards and distinctions in international and national competitions, returns to the agency 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT. As associate creative director, he is responsible for creative work for Burger King, Ben&Jerry's, Pyszne.pl and Nike. He will work with a new junior team who gathered experience in the USA and the Netherlands, among others.
Pablo, originally from Spanish Galicia, started his adventure in advertising at 180heartbeats. In spring 2015 he joined the agency’s Talent Program, offering internships for young creatives. During his three years at 180heartbeats, his career path led him from an intern to an art director. He worked for OBI, Allegro, Ben&Jerry's, Dakea, San Miguel, Canal+. His biggest success was developing the concept of the 'Unbreakable Rainbow' for Ben&Jerry's in 2018. The campaign was awarded two silver and three bronze Lions, as well as D&AD Awards, The One Show, Andy, Clio, Eurobest, Epica and many other accolades.
In July 2018, Pablo moved to DDB Warsaw, where, as senior art director, he worked for McDonald's, Volkswagen and Huawei brands, among others.
180heartbeats, as the 10th best independent creative agency at Cannes Lions 2019 and Advertising Agency of the Year 2020 at KTR, believes that hiring Pablo would enable the agency to develop a portfolio of award-winning and effective ideas.
"In addition to talent, Pablo has a wonderful positive energy that we have longed for in 180" said Mikołaj Sadowski, chief creative officer and partner at 180heartbeats JUNG v MATT. "So, we start the new year full of optimism that this return will bring a lot of good in these complicated times."
"I am very happy to return to 180heartbeats" added Pablo. "It is an agency in which creativity is highly valued. This has been shown for years. I started my professional career here and I am very grateful for the new opportunity to develop in this agency. I am convinced that together we will make even more great projects."
Pablo will lead a new creative team which joined the agency at the same time. It consists of Antonia Ruszkowska, junior art director, and Aleksander Madej, junior copywriter.
Antonia took her first steps in advertising at BeCore Experiential Marketing in Los Angeles, where she participated in the creation of events for RedBull, Disney, CBS Super Bowl, XBOX, Amazon, White Claw, Harley Davidson, Twitch, PUBG, BNP Paribas Open and many others. She graduated from film school in California - Dodge College of Film and Media Arts (in PR & Advertising and Graphic Design).
Aleksander, on the other hand, spent 1.5 years at a digital agency, Riff, in Amsterdam, where he was responsible for the social media communication of The Ocean Cleanup, a Dutch organisation that helps save the oceans from pollution. Previously, he also worked in marketing for Philip Morris International in Lausanne and Warsaw. A graduate of the State University of New York and New York University in Prague, he is defending his master's degree at the University of Amsterdam this year.
