Move adds seasoned digital talent to agency offering

O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul Acquires Digital Agency Juice Interactive

O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul has acquired Chicago-based, award-winning Juice Interactive, a digital marketing agency with such national clients as Mead Johnson Nutrition, MillerCoors, and SAP Hybris.

The move follows a search by OKRP for a digital agency that would help expand its ability to bring clients enhanced integrated creative solutions. OKRP has a strong philosophy on acting as the 'agent in agency' by leveraging outside creative partners to develop ideas that transcend traditional advertising services.

“We’ve been looking for the right digital agency partner who can bring innovation and technology solutions to enhance our creative ideas in service of ever-changing client needs,” explained Nick Paul, President of OKRP. “Having worked with Juice on several client engagements, we know they are the perfect cultural and business fit for our agency. Like us, they have big brand experience and can deliver creative solutions that transform business.”

Juice was formed by partners JoAnn Leonard and Tim Rawls in 2004. Today they provide a wide range of services including digital and social strategy, integrated marketing campaign development, user experience design, commerce solutions, and branded content development.

“Being part of OKRP gives us the chance to have a voice and influence at the top of the marketing cycle at a time when it has never been more important for brands to have seamless and integrated marketing counsel,” explained JoAnn Leonard on Juice’s decision to become part of OKRP. “Our experience working with OKRP on several big brand assignments has given both agencies a chance to realise the value of a formal alliance.”

“We believe every digital experience should invoke an emotional reaction from the audience. The creative, the message and the time and method in how it’s delivered are vital in connecting with consumers,” added Tim Rawls. “By partnering with OKRP, we’re able to be part of the conversation early on, and bring insights from digital that help deliver brand messaging into high touch interactions.”

Juice will relocate its employees into OKRP’s recently built headquarters office in Chicago’s West Loop.

The acquisition of Juice is part of OKRP’s ongoing investment in companies and talent that will continue in the coming months. It follows the agency’s hiring of Marian Williams, founder of Marian Williams Design, to lead an expanded design offering within the agency.
