Ogilvy UK Hires Laura Sherwood as Chief People Officer

Ogilvy UK have announced today they have appointed Laura Sherwood as chief people officer UK. Laura specialises in the creative sector, with two decades of experience leading HR functions across big brands, top creative agencies, global networks and independent start-ups. Laura will be responsible for championing Ogilvy UK’s ‘people first’ strategy. Overseeing employee experience and agency culture, she will deliver on her passion for learning and development by implementing tangible strategies across the agency.  

Laura will work alongside the wider leadership team, including Elaine Grell, who was promoted to chief people officer EMEA last year, and Ogilvy’s head of DEI, Matt Foster, to champion a safer place to work for all colleagues.
