Following a competitive pitch, Saatchi &
Saatchi and CX agency MercerBell have been appointed by the NRMA Group
to assist in the transformation of its business. They join existing
media agency, Blue 449, to create a Publicis Groupe 'Power Of One'
approach to marketing communications, to ensure that the right
conversations and interactions are made with customers at every step of
the NRMA experience.
The agencies will work collaboratively to
help NRMA, Australia's largest member organisation, to increase its 2.6
million strong base. The NRMA Group now extends well beyond roadside
assistance to being a broader provider of mobility solutions for all
Australians.
