Agency uses 'This is your time. This is your team.' campaign to highlight The Retreat’s unique doctor-to-patient ratio

Sheppard Pratt, the US nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, special education, development disability and social services aims to raise awareness of its premier residential treatment programme, The Retreat by Sheppard Pratt, in partnership with Midwest creative agency Laughlin Constable. The agency, The Retreat’s agency of record as of Jan. 2022, has created a new marketing campaign, including creative and media support that launched this week.

Laughlin Constable has created the campaign “This is your time. This is your team.” aimed at telling the brand’s story while communicating barriers that may prevent prospects from taking the next step for treatment, according to the agency’s research with Sheppard Pratt. This includes messaging around treatment specifics, a warm environment and the benefits of being away from home to heal.

“The Retreat by Sheppard Pratt is a destination for those seeking mental health treatments with an approach unlike any other, and we needed our campaign to stand out, push past barriers and reach the people who truly need our help right now. We’re glad to have found the right partnership in Laughlin Constable so that we can continue providing high-quality care and services to those who need it most,” said Jennifer Weiss Wilkerson, VP & chief strategy officer at Sheppard Pratt.

The agency uses “This is your time. This is your team.” to highlight The Retreat’s unique doctor-to-patient ratio, and focus on experienced staff, the wide-range of proven approaches like acupuncture, music therapy, rock climbing and more, The Retreat’s open-door campus, and emphasis on connection.

“The Retreat by Sheppard Pratt is utilising life-changing treatments to impact those struggling with mental health, substance abuse and more. The agency was chosen for the work because of its media and creative capabilities, as well as depth of healthcare experience. The work will appear on CTV, banners and native ads nationwide.
