No.8 Adds Martin Waller as Senior Flame Artist and Miriam Oladejo as Junior Flame Artist

No.8, the Soho-based creative audio, VFX and colour studio, has continued its growth with the addition of Martin Waller and Miriam Oladejo to its VFX team.

Martin joins from Envy Advertising where he worked on projects for Ikea, Barclay’s, Just Eat, Plusnet, Nike, Martell, Tesco, Aston Martin with Directors includng Tom Green, Stephen Pipes, Simon Neal, Rich Hall and Jonathan Pearson.

Martin brings lots of experience as a Flame artist / 2D VFX supervisor.

Miriam joins from The Mill where she has spent the last few years developing Flame and Nuke skills.

Previous to The Mill Miriam worked at Envy Advertising and Empire design delivering for clients such as Amazon, Netflix, Fox, Universal, Wren Kitchens, Pampers, Domino's, Visa, Coors and Smart Energy.

Miriam loves meeting new faces and connecting with other artists; she recently appeared on the judges’ panel for One Frame of White and in the Logik podcast. She’s ready to dive into a new adventure at No.8 and join their growing Flame team. 

Martin said: “Having followed No. 8’s progress for some time, and knowin the level and quality of work Jim produces, I feel privileged to be joining No.8 at such an exciting time. I am looking forward to producing great work with a highly talented and energised team.” 

Miriam said: “It's a great atmosphere at No.8 - loads of exciting work to do and I am surrounded by interesting people. I am buzzing to see what we can achieve together.”
