A whopping seven new hires as Jenna Le Noury, Thierry Levy, Danny Duke, Ollie Ireland, Ben Carey, Craig Healy and Ameen Abbas join

Absolute launches into 2020 with impressive new hires into key positions across the business. This is part of an ongoing strategy to strengthen and cultivate the Absolute team with a focus on what they do best.

Jenna Le Noury joins as Executive Producer - with a diverse career, spanning over 12 years in the industry in both agency and post. In her previous role, Jenna was responsible for all manners of production and client experience as well as developing new business and company growth.

Le Noury said “I’m delighted to join Absolute, I’ve known the team for the last couple of years and they’re wonderful individuals as well as being responsible for producing some very strong and innovative creative work with brilliant, like-minded clients. I’m thrilled to be on board and cannot wait to collaborate with such a talented group of people, I think it’s going to be a very exciting year for Absolute…”

"Jenna's reputation for careful craft and attention to detail make her the ideal addition to our stellar and dedicated production team" said Dave Smith, CEO and founder, of Le Noury joining the Absolute family.

Thierry Levy joined the team late last year, embracing the brand-new role of Executive Producer for Blind Pig. Thierry has a wealth of experience having worked in the fashion industry before specialising in animation and post.

Ric Comline, Creative Director and Founder of Blind Pig says: "Thierry has had an exceptional impact on the Blind Pig team, both by his championing of the Pigs across the industry, and also with his streamlining and management of the studio on a project by project basis."

Danny Duke entered the fold last year in the new role of Executive Producer for Absolute Film. Danny’s knowledge and enthusiasm for the Film and VFX industry is formidable. Absolute’s Managing Director, Dan Bennett commented further: “In the short time he’s been with us, he has developed strong relationships with our new film partners and is overseeing the strategic expansion of the department. Our plans for growth further cement our commitment to this exciting new chapter in our evolution as one of London’s leading VFX houses'.”

Ollie Ireland joins as Junior Producer alongside Ben Carey; these two roles will support the senior production team as well as strengthening client services which is at the core of the Absolute ethos. Director of Production, Belinda Grew enthused: "I’m incredibly excited to continue growing our production team at all levels. Ollie and Ben have already shown their dedication, commitment and enthusiasm."

Craig Healy and Ameen Abbas join as Houdini VFX artists. Their knowledge and experience will help expand this highly specialised and increasingly in-demand strand of the CG department, overseen by CG head James Coore. Coore said about the news: “It is wonderful to dedicate more of the team to FX work. This focus has had an instant impact on quality as we take on more, and concentrate on look development and quality control.”

With these momentous moves and the subsequent service improvement and expansion these will entail, Absolute is proud to continue to put client service and creativity at the forefront of the business as the new decade starts.

Partner and CD Phil Oldham stated "The new crew’s expertise is huge! I'm looking forward to producing more work that looks amazing, paired with a wonderful experience for our clients."
