Nathalie has been appointed to the role of head of customer experience strategy
Following a period of sustained business growth, Colenso BBDO has strengthened its strategic firepower by adding Nathalie Moolenschot as head of customer experience strategy.
Moolenschot joins a growing tribe of CX specialists as the agency buffers its capability to service the rapidly changing needs of their client base.
An accomplished loyalty and marketing leader, Moolenschot has been in the industry for over 20 years working on the client side at Westpac, Bank of New Zealand, Air New Zealand, ASB and The Warehouse Group.
A regular on the speaking circuit and course director for industry customer experience training programs, Moolenschot will be focused on parthering with Colenso’s key clients on its customer strategy and loyalty initiatives and is charged with leading the customer experience capability across the agency.
