My Most Immortal Ad: Celeste Dalairac on Bodyform/Libresse's 'Womb Stories'

The Immortal Awards 113 Add to collection

The Immortal Awards juror and Grey London executive creative director on last year's Immortal Award winner from AMV BBDO

My Most Immortal Ad: Celeste Dalairac on Bodyform/Libresse's 'Womb Stories'
With just a few weeks to go until this year's Immortal Awards deadline, our jurors have been taking it in turns to select the ads and campaigns that are most immortal to them, revealing the reasons why they've stayed with them until this day.

Celeste Dalairac, executive creative director at Grey London, is up next to select an Immortal Award winner from our 2020 competition from the prolific creative powerhouses at Essity and AMV BBDO...

The deadline for this year's Immortal Awards is Friday 10th September. More information on how to enter can be found at the bottom of the article.

Bodyform/Libresse 'Womb Stories' (2020)

The reason I picked this idea is, firstly, because I truly admire the clients and the whole agency team behind it (and the previous ones: Blood Normal and Viva La Vulva). After Blood Normal came out, all clients wanted to “normalise something” but I’m sure being the first was not easy for anyone.

Secondly, it really touched me the first time I saw it, and after that first time, I watched it a hundred more. I shared it, talked about it and felt proud of the whole industry for doing something like that.

It might sound like a lot, but after being through a lot of the things the characters in the film go through, it made me feel better about myself. It’s also beautifully executed, and has the perfect amount of rawness and sensitivity.
