Millennium Hotels and Resorts have launched their first mobile app, designed by MullenLowe Profero to deliver a totally reimagined and optimised user experience across the brands’ hotels and resorts globally.
Using the new mobile app, guests can conveniently book single or multiple rooms across any of the 100+ Millennium Hotels and Resorts around the world. Aimed at engaging loyal customers, the app encourages guests to register or login to Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ loyalty program MyMillennium, where members can get up to 10% discount for bookings made through the app.
Designed and developed by MullenLowe Profero across three offices; Sydney, Chengdu, and Singapore, the app is MullenLowe Profero’s latest achievement in creating experience-led digital transformation solutions which deliver an unfair business advantage for clients. Using native iOS and Android technologies, the app has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Millennium Hotels and Resorts’ core platform, Sitecore, allowing a consistent and seamless user experience across multiple channels.

The Millennium Hotels and Resorts app is available now for both Android
mobile devices and will have several additional features added throughout 2018.
