MullenLowe Mishra has announced the appointment of ex PHD Vietnam senior executive, Hung Nguyen, as business director, choosing to step outside standard practice in the creative agency industry and draw front-end talent from the media and data side of the business. This latest appointment comes in addition to Guilherme Tonon coming on board at MullenLowe Mishra as head of strategy and consumer engagement. Guilherme’s prior stints were at IBM Global Web Production, Terra Networks and Leo Burnett.
Announcing the latest appointment, Saby Mishra, founder and CEO of MullenLowe Mishra, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Hung to our team as we build-out our hybrid model, free from legacy biases and designed around emergent consumer behaviours beginning 2021. Hung’s hands-on experience in programmatic media and data at Mindshare, Omnicom media and Kantar and his deep local knowledge make him the right player to step-up our proposition to the next level.”
Hung commented: “I am inspired by MullenLowe Mishra’s vision to be solutions minded, contribute to a client’s business impact via creativity and reinvent not as future goals but as everyday culture.”
“Our reset commenced a little ahead of the pandemic so our people and processes were already on agile mode and zero-based mindset before the big shifts of the Covid year kicked in by way of impacted consumer behaviours, remote work, the acceleration of online commerce and ensuing brand tasks." added Saby. "The timing and perspective is shaping our unique mix of client affinity, strategic clarity, agile structure and tech enabled creativity.”
