Mother Calls ‘House’ for #summertimebingo
One day it’s too hot, the next it’s grey and miserable – welcome to the Great British Summer. But if the weather’s inconsistent one thing never changes. Between the months of May and September, the UK public can be relied upon to embrace the spirit of summer as unstylishly as humanly possible. Lobster-red sunburn and uncovered beer guts spring to mind.
Inspired by the recent uber heatwave, the team at Mother London have been inspired to create their own celebration of the British Summer - #summertimebingo. The big game launches on the Mother London Instagram feed at 1pm today, and people-watchers are invited to get involved over the weekend and take Instagram shots of nine British summer scenes.
The winner will be chosen on Monday, with a top prize on offer of a Meat Hamper and British Bubbles. If you fancy your chances, get involved here: http://instagram.com/
The bingo card will be live on the Instagram feed at 1pm today. Be warned though – we’ve also had the game described to us as. ‘minging bingo’, so expect 3rd Degree Sunburn, Public Foreplay, Questionable tattoos…
