MOOH And Brandspace Acquired By Limited Space Media

The Limited Space Media Group, digital media and brand communication network specialists has completed terms to acquire experiential and brand engagement specialists Brandspace and Wifi advertising agency MOOH FOR £2.25 million.

Under the expanded group structure, MOOH will continue to operate without any changes to the business structure, headed up by founder and Managing Director Paul Grundy and Brandspace will continue under the leadership of Managing Director Danny Press.

Brandspace and MOOH add new layers of expertise and brand engagement to Limited Space Media Group’s portfolio, broadening the Group’s offering of providing engaging content to consumers through best-in-class digital screen, mobile and visual media solutions.

The acquisitions follow hard on the heels of the rollout of Limited Space Outdoor’s  premium digital screen network, Digital Showcase Media (DSM), across the UK. DSM marks the next generation of DOOH technology, offering brands a solus multi-sensory platform for their creative in some of the most popular shopping malls around the UK.
