Three-time 'Entertainment Agency of the Year' award-winner MOCEAN today announced the formation of O2, a new, strategy-driven social media venture led by Allan Gungormez, formerly head of strategy at Hi5.

Allan brings over a decade of digital, social, and content marketing expertise to his new role. His work on behalf of clients including Netflix ('When They See Us,' 'Lucifer,' 'BoJack Horseman'); Amazon ('The Boys'); as well as YouTube, Cisco, Spotify, Fender, and Converse has garnered dozens of Clio Entertainment and Shorty Award wins.

O2’s primary focus will be to provide entertainment and brand clients with informed and innovative creative, distribution and platform strategy, community management, and insights.
